Production Manager

Corrugator Packaging Manufacturer We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and ensure efficient, high-quality production. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards Manage and motivate production teams Optimize machine utilization and production efficiency Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments Monitor production costs and minimize waste Prepare production reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the cardboard or packaging manufacturing industry Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of production planning, quality management, and lean manufacturing principles Excellent communication and team management skills We Offer: Attractive salary package Career growth opportunities Supportive and professional working environment 📍 Location: Malabe
