Job Description

Job Role:

  • Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities on site by leveraging data to drive business.
  • Mine and analyze data from databases to drive optimization and improvement with cross functional teams 
  • Develop custom data models and algorithms to enhance the recommendations on the platform.
  • Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize convergence, customer experiences, customer engagement, revenue generation and other business KPIs on the platform.
  • Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of Algorithms and analyze the target metrics.
  • Take ownership of recommender System and the relevant KPIs for it.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with an emphasis on customer behavioral analysis in ecommerce industry
  • Knowledge and Experience on variety of machine learning techniques (clustering algorithms, decision tree learning, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
  • Knowledge of recommendation systems
  • Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages: SQL, Python
  • Coding knowledge and experience in Java
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
  • Prior experience in the field will be preferred, however fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Working knowledge of developing data pipelines, machine learning models and deployments of algorithms.

·        Fluent in English to communicate with stakeholders
