Associate QA Lead

Group Information Technology: CRM, Billing and Fulfillment

Responsible for planning, applying and managing Quality Assurance and Quality Control of software projects by using the QA and testing methodologies to ensure the expected standardization. Ensure that the system meets its Quality requirements. Playing a leadership role for the QA Engineers and direct them toward achieving work objectives of the division.

The Job:

  • Lead the Quality team to identify and implement projects to improve the customer experience while meeting quality goals and performance measurements
  • Drive continuous improvement in the quality of systems, peripherals and software, as experienced by customers while leading teams working with quality, development engineering, and engineering operation
  • Lead change across businesses and implements the change strategy to improve business decisions
  • Provide expertise, training, and/or consulting in quality processes and methods to build and maintain product excellence in a customer-oriented culture
  • Direct the development and implementation of defined and specific standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of company products and supplied goods
  • Direct Program Quality efforts to ensure effective Quality estimates, planning and execution throughout the Software development life cycle
  • Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and other regulatory requirements.
  • Define the common frame for ISMS /ISO audits and customized according specific needs of the CRM & Billing software development
  • Drive action and issue resolution during the entire product lifecycle, including production maintenance and patch releases
  • Support and guide QA Team to create and execute test scripts to automate testing in order to facilitate for quality assurance and ensure the performance of the system.
  • Apply, design and develop automated testing strategies and build automated testing frameworks
  • Responsible in creating test plans, performing unit testing, functional testing and system integrated testing to ensure the quality and the integrity of the customer care and billing system within strict deadlines

The Person:

  • Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in the specified scope
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Information Technology / Software Engineering / Computer Science from a recognized university or institute
  • Leadership, communication, technical and management skills and ability to work within strict deadlines
